Our Philosophy

The Canine Side

Our dogs are seeking expression throughout their lives. Our human systems and expectations can disrupt their expressions, and when our dogs aren’t equipped with regulation skills and guidance from a trusted partner, they lack the support they need to move through our disruptive world, and their resulting behavior becomes problematic for us. In order to bring peace to our dogs, we need to provide them with the structures and outlets they require as canines to develop regulation skills and resilience in their domesticated world. This doesn’t happen by teaching tricks - it only happens by committing to understand dogs and moving from there.

The Human Side

There are languages operating in dog-human relationships, and many training struggles come from miscommunication between dogs and their people. As dog guardians it’s our responsibility to learn the languages operating between us and our dogs beyond our own verbal one. Dogs communicate through energy, body language, and pressure/release, and our work with them is more impactful when we begin with an understanding of these concepts and how they function. With this foundation, we bridge the gap between our languages and realize they aren’t so different after all.

I work with anyone looking to strengthen the connection between themselves and their dogs! I’ve helped folks from all walks of life with all kinds of doggie problems from over-excitement and destructive behavior to leash reactivity and aggression. My clients all have one thing in common - the desire to create the best life possible with their dogs!
Farm Camp - $50/camp day
3, 6, and 12 month packages are available for 1, 2, or 3 camp days per week. Packages can be paid monthly or in full for a discount. Schedule a free phone consult for access to the price chart.
Private Lessons - 4 lessons for $550 with payment plans available.
Board and Train/Rehab - Unique to each client. Must complete private lessons first.
